Several mid-south PMI Chapters have joined together again this year to bring you this inexpensive virtual event.
I am pleased to announce that I will once again be speaking at this year's event. The topic I will be presenting is: How To Turn A Volatile Team Into A Collaborative Team. My session is on September 22nd at 12 o'clock! yes, a premium time so you can actually grab your lunch and catch it. This is one of my most popular topics and based on the shift to virtual working teams it is even more in demand these days.
Definitely consider attending if you regularly work with teams or if your work environment is changing due to the introduction of hybrid work teams.
