How to Anticipate the Needs of Your Clients as a Beginning Side Hustler

06/15/22 | Dana LaRieal Morales

This episode is all about using your time wisely as a new side hustler or a small business owner.  As we begin our business, clients may not be coming in but this is the perfect time to solidify your administrative processes so you are ready for them when they do come.  Don't think that this is wasted time, it is all by design.

During this episode we discuss some of the following topics:

  • Addressing administrative gaps before you need them;
  • Anticipating the questions your potential clients will have;
  • The importance of your client-facing communication;
  • Case Study 1: Pointing out process gaps found with a local small business with the suggested fixes that can be implemented; and
  • Case Study 2:  Pointing out systematic issues that are often found in service-based businesses where client scheduling is needed.
