Process mapping is a common theme of my business, because it is an integral part of organizing a business. It helps you identify what you are doing in your business and what is missing from it. When you look at businesses that fail, a big part of the problem comes back to their lack of business process. If you haven't gotten to the point of documenting your processes, mapping them will at least give you an understanding of what you have and what you need. It's your roadmap that will help to order your steps in your business. In this episode, I talk about the importance of having defined business processes, the problem with not having them and how to begin developing them when you don't have a lot of time to commit to it. If you are interested in learning just how to map your own processes, both current and future make sure to check out the course link below. In the course, I teach you how to map your own processes and will review them with you once you have them mapped. This will ensure you don't have any unidentified gaps.
